- Train young Timorese as many as possible in HOSPITALITY, ADMINISTRATION and LITERARY QUALIFICATION (Literacy) in line with the programs of INDMO and SEFOPE (Professional Training).
- Offer a global vision of basic and technical knowledge of hospitality: bar/ restaurant, cooking (House Keeping);
- Exercise and qualify in accounting;
- Training in the use of social media communication (Computer/IT)
- Develop professional ethics in daily service within the framework of Christian values.
